Music

A long time ago, in a bedroom on the second floor of a 2 story house in suburban Pittsburgh, 6 friends decided to chase a wild dream by forming a band. With only 2 of us having exposure playing an instrument, we forged on. We practiced. We learned. We had fun.

Although,my first exposure playing an instrument came in 3rd grade the first time when I started playing the violin. I liked it to a point but what I really wanted was distortion. Finally I got my wish in 10th grade when i got my first guitar for Christmas. I took lessons for quite some time but it started to interfere with baseball and basketball. So eventually I quit taking lessons.

After some time, talking with Jay, Brad, Matt, Dan, and Dobber we decided to start a band. I decided to switch to bass because my brother-in-law played bass in a local band around Pittsburgh. So he started teaching me the basics. After we all got our instruments we started jamming in my room. Although my room was like 100 Degrees we forged on. The first thing that we wrote would be titled "Bread". Soon after followed "Butter", "Blender", "Meat", and "Sweaty Belly" and Green. Just to name a few. And thats pretty much how the story went...

I've worked some in Fruity Loops and Reason which are both really good programs. I'm hoping Ill have the time to sit down and get more acquainted with both.

A rough demo of a song I've been playing around with for 2 years. Recorded in Jay's attic springtime 2004. It was the first new song that I introduced to anyone in a couple of years. Since this recording I have tweeked alot of the problems that I seen in it and I'm anxious to re-record it and add the lyrics. .
